Coffee Doesn't Keep You Awake

One of the most popular drinks is coffee. A drink that is claimed to have a fairly high caffeine content. Where the substance can stimulate our brains to be able to stay awake.

This means that caffeine can increase focus and alertness. So it's natural that in your workplace there are always people drinking coffee. In theory, it can help productivity at work.

If you look at the benefits, consuming this coffee is a positive thing. But over time, coffee consumption no longer refers to the benefits of caffeine. Now, people drink coffee because of routine, style, addiction, and taste.

This coffee does taste bitter if you haven't mixed it. But don't worry, now you can find a variety of blends and coffee flavors. Starting from the cheapest like sachet coffee, we call it Kapal Api Mix, or Nescafe Classic.

A little bit higher, you can try drinking coffee at a cafe. For example, espresso, americano, or you can also try my favorite variant, 'Vietnam Drip'.

There are also more brutal ones, mixing their own coffee starting from coffee beans. You can choose robusta or arabica.

The above facts prove that developments in enjoying coffee are increasingly diverse and of course exciting.

I am also one of the coffee lovers in the routine category. At least one or two cups of coffee I drink every day. Nescafe Classic is the first choice at home after Indocafe Coffeemix and Kapal Api.

However, behind the pleasure of tasting coffee every day, there are consequences that I have to accept. This body has adapted to become immune to caffeine. The function of the substance feels useless anymore.

Sometimes, this makes me want to laugh. How could it not, drinking coffee should keep you awake. This is the opposite, your eyes actually get heavier because the caffeine is no longer able to hold back sleepiness.
