Overcoming Dysuria (Pain when Urinating)

Dysuria in Indonesian, commonly called anyang-anyangan or in Sundanese, is called jeungjeuriheun, is a disorder such as pain or stinging when urinating or afterward. Although this problem is not frequent, I have felt several times.

This pain often occurs when I am too engrossed in watching movies or games, so forget to drink and make me dehydrated. If the body lacks fluids, there is a high chance that when you urinate you will feel pain. Although this doesn't always happen, make it a habit to drink when you feel thirsty.

Apart from lack of drinking, this dysuria problem also occurs due to frequent holding back pee. So make it a habit not to hold your pee for long. In addition, based on what I have read, if the urine is stuck for a long time, it gradually settles and hardens, this is the cause of the emergence of bladder stones.

According to the alodokter.com site, certain foods can also cause dysuria. But I don't know for sure, what kind of food can cause pain when urinating. But certainly, my experience of holding back pee and not drinking enough can be a lesson for everyone.

If you have this problem, drink lots of water until your stomach is bloated. The goal is that your digestion is smooth and makes you want to pee quickly. While waiting for a real pee, get busy with other things. Because when you suffer from dysuria, you will always want to pee even though the water doesn't come out.

  4. Saya pernah mengalami jeungjeuriheun mang, sakitnya kuar biasa, sulit pipis malah di suruh banyak minum, yang ada perut kembung, tapi tetep gak bisa pipis juga, bayangin aja coba, kaya apa tuh rasanyaa... Hihi.. Kapok gak mau-mau lagi sakit model beginian.

  6. Some really useful information here, many thanks. I have suffered from this problem a few times, and it was each time caused by drinking too little. When you are engrossed in a task of some kind, it is all too easy to forget to drink, isn't it? Now, when I'm working, I set and alarm on my phone at regular intervals. That way, I'm reminded to drink. Problem solved!😊

  7. Betul sekali, tidak baik menahan kencing, bisa berbahaya kang. Salah satunya ya bisa kena ayang ayangan. Solusinya mungkin salah satunya dengan banyak minum air putih sampai kembung, biasanya ini manjur dan nanti tidak sakit kencingnya.

  8. Kalo minum aku terbiasa banyak, apalagi Krn aku rutin minum suplemen kulit dan imunitas tubuh. Jd supaya ginjal ga berat kerjanya, minum air putih yg banyak wajib. Memang sih efeknya jd pipis trus, tapi gpp, demi keluarnya segala macam penyakit kan :D. Makanya ga boleh nahan2 pipis, Krn ditakutkan terjadi infeksi saluran kencing ato batu ginjal.
